Central to the recovery service we operate is the performance and functionality of the Royal Mail service on whom we depend. Since the return and recovery service operates through the Royal Mail FREEPOST service.

For the last few months we have been participating in an service monitoring study to see how quickly things get through the Royal Mail service back to us. Well the results are in.

For the period of Dec 08 to Jan 09 the average return time was between 2 and 3 days. This was established with test packages monitored by Research International

So should your device get found and FREEPOST returned to us it can take up to 5 or 6 days to get 100% of the returns back. So please be patient it may take a few days to get through the system should the unfortunate happen.
