Found It!

Thank you for taking the time out to report that you have found a USB Memory Stick or MP3 player belonging to one of our subscribers. Using our unique USBStickFinder service you can reunite this device with its original owner.

We have two classes of subscriber and this can be identified by the FinderFob or identification tag attached to the device.

Extended subscription recovery service.

These devices will have a FinderFob attached indicating that the device can be returned to our FREEPOST address.

Please package the device securely and simply return to our FREEPOST address.


Basic subscription recovery service.

These devices will have a FinderFob attached indicating that the device can be returned by coming to our Found It! page.

So that we can identify the correct owner of the device that you have found our subscriber will have loaded a file called USBStickfinder.htm in the home or root directory of the memory stick. This file contains the necessary information to enable us to identify the unit and the owner.

To begin the recovery process please insert the USB stick into a computer and start your file manager.

To begin the reporting process please locate the file called USBStickfinder.htm in your Windows file manager and double click to load the file. This will load a web page in your default web browser, where you will be presented with a welcome screen and a "Found It !" button.

When you press this button you will be returned to a registration page where you can enter some of your contact details which will enable our subscriber to contact you directly and arrange the safe return of the memory stick.
